breweries and distilleries five years

a different consumer with different val-ues
– a customer who uses the internet
in increasingly complex and interactive
ways,” said Robinson.
“Successful craft beverage produc-ers
will be those that evolve retail strate-gies
away from their location as the sole
point of experience and find other, scal-able
means of delivering their products –
and the experience – to consumers where
they live.”
Craft West and the Enjoy Craft brand
were launched in the fall of 2020. Craft
West features several different digital com-panies
in addition to the marketing agency.
One is The Tasting Group, a digital tasting
service that enables producers in differ-ent
craft regions to showcase their prod-ucts
at events and in an online Virtual
Tasting Festival.
Robinson says the way this works is
tasting kits are delivered to people’s doors
and they can participate in a 30-minute
live tasting event on YouTube TV. He says
the first online Virtual Tasting Festival
