Going Digital
Enjoy Craft was launched last fall as way to connect craft breweries,
distilleries and wineries in Western Canada with consumers virtually. It
may also hold the key to how craft beverage producers can thrive in a
post-pandemic future.

Dallas Robinson says if there’s one
important lesson the pandemic
has taught people in the craft
alcohol space, it’s that going digital is no
longer a choice.
Robinson is a Vancouver media entre-preneur
behind Enjoy Craft, a brand that
is used by a number of different compa-nies
under the Craft West umbrella, all of
which are involved in different aspects of
the craft wine, beer and spirits business.
His latest Craft West venture is a
digital marketing agency that went
online on April 1. Robinson says the
reason he launched this is to address the
dilemma many craft beverage producers
have faced during the pandemic: the loss
of tasting rooms and events to support
their products.
“We have launched Craft West Digital
Agency to help craft beverage producers
go digital … to pivot,” he said. “We are
focused on helping producers get online
– really fast.”
Robinson maintains there are four
important pivots which craft wineries,
breweries and distilleries must do to sur-vive
and thrive in the future:
1. Get found online
2. Sample online
3. Market online
4. Sell online
