ago. As the school’s business planning specialist,
he helps students understand the
nuts and bolts of opening and operating a
distillery and how important it is to create
a marketable product.
Hamer is also available to review business
plans penned by those looking to start
their own distilleries. Each business plan
and budget undergo critical analysis that’s
backed by Hamer’s own real-world experiences,
and for this service, The Distillery
School charges $499.

Distillery School program is only offered a
few times a year. Since the school started up
