Canada. Here are three of
their success stories.

The distilling industry in Canada, as
in most other places in the world,
has been long dominated by men.
With the rising popularity of craft spirits
and the corresponding growth of small
artisan distilleries across the country, that’s
changing as more and more women distinguish
themselves in the field.
Poured Canada recently talked to

milanchikov/ three rising stars in the Canadian spirits
industry: Caitlin Quinn, master distiller for
Eau Claire Distillery in Turner Valley, Alta.;
Martha Lowry, head distiller for Mill Street
Brewery and Distillery in Toronto, Ont.;
and Jenna Diubaldo, Manitoba’s first female
distiller who plans to open No. 13 Distilling
Company in Winnipeg later this year.
